Identifier RiverineInputLoads
Short name RiverineInputLoads
Dataset WISE SoE - Emissions
Reference URL http://dd.eionet.europa.eu/datasets/latest/Emissions/tables/RiverineInputLoads
Name Riverine Input Loads
Definition Annual riverine input load of nutrients, organic matter and other chemical substances to transitional and coastal waters, at the monitoring site level (quality and flow rate stations).
Methodology for obtaining data The monitoring site is uniquely identified by the combination of values in the fields "monitoringSiteIdentifier" and "monitoringSiteIdentifierScheme". The monitoring site identifier must be present in the list of monitoring sites (https://dd.eionet.europa.eu/vocabulary/wise/Monito...) .

Each record in this table must have a unique combination of the values in these fields (no duplicates can exist):
- monitoringSiteIdentifier
- monitoringSiteIdentifierScheme
- phenomenonTimeReferenceYear
- observedPropertyDeterminandCode
- procedureEstimateDetail

The “phenomenonTimeReferenceYear” (YYYY) refers to the year the riverine input load was calculated for.

The field "observedPropertyDeterminandCode" (Determinand code) contains the unique identifier of the pollutant. The field "resultEmissionUoM" is related to the determinand ("observedPropertyDeterminandCode"). A list of determinands and requested related units of measure is provided.

For the riverine input load value "resultEmissionsValue" use a decimal point '.' as decimal separator. Do not use a comma ",".

The field "procedureEstimateDetail" describes the method used to calculate riverine input loads. A code list is provided (https://dd.eionet.europa.eu/dataelements/latest/pr...).

The field "resultObservationStatus" defines the status of the riverine input load value in terms of its availability, relevancy and correctness. A code list is provided (https://dd.eionet.europa.eu/dataelements/latest/re...).

If needed, further information can be provided in the "Remarks" field.

The following fields are mandatory:
- monitoringSiteIdentifier
- monitoringSiteIdentifierScheme
- phenomenonTimeReferenceYear
- observedPropertyDeterminandCode
- resultEmissionUoM
- resultEmissionsValue
