9-Nov-2017: Data Dictionary will from now on generate different XML schemas for datasets and tables. The previous style is still available but is hidden. To generate an old schema for a dataset use http://dd.eionet.europa.eu/ GetSchema?id=DST and the dataset number. E.g. WISE-1. To generate an old schema for a table replace the id argument with TBL and the table number. E.g. DWD_AM.
18-Aug-2016: We are testing a new look for Eionet at the Data Dictionary website. The new design takes into account that bigger screens have become the norm.
The Data Dictionary contains detailed information on the content, format and structure of each water data set: rivers, lakes, groundwater, transitional, coastal and marine waters, and water quantity.
