Definition	The time coverage is the percentage of measurement time in a given averaging period. Also the time coverage is calculated on base of the number of hours in the sample periods. The time coverage for a given averaging period is calculated as follows (weighted average): Time coverage = _i TCi * Ni / Naveraging_period * 100 % where TCi = the time coverage of sample i Ni = number of hours in sample i Naveraging_period = the total number of hours in the given averaging period (e.g. a year)
