Name	INSPIRE Protected Site identifier Local ID
Definition	The PS Local ID is mirroring one of the three components of the INSPIRE ID: the localId. The PS Local ID is unique within the PS Namespace, in the same way as the localId (Type 1) is unique within the namespace (Type 1). The localId value from the Type 1 data must be reused for the PS Local ID.
Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. The definition of the Local ID is a task at the national level for countries implementing INSPIRE. For NatDA reporting, which also covers countries that do not implement INSPIRE, the EEA recommends reusing the NatDA ID value as the Local ID.
