Definition	Mean value of the observed parameter.
Methodology for obtaining data	The streamflow value (m3/s) is reported as the mean daily discarge value during the reported time period (a day, a month or a year). The groundwater level value (m) reported as the mean value during the reported time period (a month, a quarter or a year). The reference for groundwater level value is the mean sea level. With regard to the temporal resolution, monthly data is prefered for groundwater level value and daily for streamflow value. Quarterly data can be reported, if monthly data is not reported. The mean annual value can be reported, if monthly data is incomplete.
