Methodology for obtaining data	This is a required, not null field. Provide Longitude using the common geodetic datum ETRS89 (rivers, lakes, groundwater, water quantity) or WGS84 (TCM). Negative values should be used for co-ordinates west of the Greenwich Meridian (0 degrees). Please do not round co-ordinate values. Where TCM stations represent a broader area, the central location of the area should be provided.
