Short Description	The table contains the information on individual designated sites at national level.
Definition	Information on the site records for each designation type creating "sites" (the field "CDDA sites" in the Designations table must be set to "Yes")
Methodology for obtaining data	Codes for new sites are allocated by the ETC/BD helpdesk. There is an offline QA routine for this table that can be run at any time. The digital boundaries for sites larger than 1 hectare should also be delivered. The site code is the unique key for the tabular and the polygons in the spatial data set. GIS delivery instructions are provided separately: see data request letter to EIONET.
