Definition	Reference to a related management, regulation or restriction zone.
Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required and establishes the hierarchical relationship between the different spatial objects. In the SubUnit or the GroundWaterBody spatial data set: Use the identifier of the river basin district (i.e. the value of the "thematicIdIdentifier" as reported in the RiverBasinDistrict spatial data set). In the SurfaceWaterBody or the SurfaceWaterBodyLine spatial data set: Use the identifier of the river basin district sub-unit (i.e. the value of the "thematicIdIdentifier" as reported in the SubUnit spatial data set). Please refer to the WISE GIS Guidance for further information. Note that identifier scheme must also be reported in the "relatedZoneIdentifierScheme" field.
