Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. Set the value to 'true' if the median value is below the highest LOQ. Set the value to 'false' if the median value is above or equal to the highest LOQ. Set the value to 'false' if LOQ is not applicable to a specific determinand (e.g. pH or temperature) or if the resultObservationStatus field contains the code indicating missing observed value and the field resultMedianValue is empty. A valid alternative to the default boolean values 'false' and 'true' are values '0' and '1', respectively.
