Definition	Flag to indicate whether the minimum sample value used for the aggregation was below the analytical limit of quantification (LOQ).
Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. Set the value to 'true' if the concentration value was below the LOQ. Set the value to 'false' if the concentration was above or equal to the LOQ. Set the value to 'false' if LOQs are not applicable to a specific determinand (e.g. pH or temperature). Set the value to 'false' if LOQ is not applicable to a specific determinand (e.g. pH or temperature) or if the resultObservationStatus field contains the code indicating missing observed value and the field resultMinimumValue is empty. A valid alternative to the default boolean values 'false' and 'true' are values '0' and '1', respectively.
