In Case of a thirt derogation the elements FirstDerogationReference, SecondDerogationReference and ThirtDerogationReference are required The combination of the elements WaterSupplyZone, FirstDerogationReference, SecondDerogationReference, ThirtDerogationReference, Parameter must create a unique record in the table. No duplicate records should exist with this table. This data should be reported to the European Commision annual within two months of being granted.
