Definition	Indicates whether the site is to be used for assessments of progress towards the EU and global targets for protected and other effectively conserved areas (the 30 % target) by 2030.
Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. The validity of values depends on the Designated area type field ([designatedAreaType]) and whether the area is fully or partly subject to strict protection. If the feature is a designated site ([designatedAreaType] = 'designatedSite'), valid values are: 'yes' or 'no'. If [strictProtection] = 'yes' or 'partly', the target30Percent value must be 'yes'. If the feature is a designated boundary ([designatedAreaType] = 'designatedBoundary'), valid values are: 'yes' or 'no'. If [strictProtection] = 'yes' or 'partly', the target30Percent value must be 'yes'. If the feature is a group of polygons (a multipolygon) under strict protection ([designatedAreaType] = 'strictProtectionBoundary'), the target30Percent value must be 'yes'.
