Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. ID code of the spatial object which is no longer operational. ID of the predecessor makes possible to check the consistency in the designation criteria between the old and new sensitive areas. Receiving area reported as an rcaCodePredecessor must be reported as a rcaCode in the table ReceivingAreasSAMain and at the same time, the rcaEndLife must be reported for this receiving area as the YYYY-12-31, the year before this object was superseded. The beginlifespanVersion attribute of the new ID code will be (YYYY+1)-01-01.
