Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. For EU 12 MS (CY, CZ, EE, HU, LV, LT, MT, PL, SK, SI, BG, RO), the implementation deadline must be in line with the dates listed in the table "Transitional periods and interim targets for the implementation of UWWTD in EU-10 and EU-2" (http://ec.europa.eu/environment/water/water-urbanw...). For Croatia, the deadline is available in the table "Transitional periods and interim targets for the implementation of UWWTD in Croatia" (http://ec.europa.eu/environment/water/water-urbanw...). Use the format YYYY-MM-DD. The date should be in the range from 31.12.1998 to 31.12.2023 or a date at most 7 years after the delineation of a sensitive area.
