Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required for all active agglomerations. In line with the WISE GIS Guidance (version 6.0.6, 2016-04-29), "coordinates should be provided in geographic coordinates, decimal degrees, ETRS89 coordinate system. For the overseas areas (= areas out of the scope of ETRS89), coordinate system WGS-84 should be used" Coordinates should be reported with 3-5 decimal places.
