Methodology for obtaining data	The value is required for all existing active treatment plants serving agglomerations with expired implementation deadline. Each type of treatment technology available at one UWWTP should be reported, i.e. in case of "uwwMicroFiltration” is reported, more stringent (if in place), other treatment (if in place), secondary and primary (if in place) should also be reported. A valid alternative to the default boolean values 'false' and 'true' are values '0' and '1', respectively.
