Name	Ecological status class
Definition	Ecological status class (or ecological potential class, for artificial and heavily modified water bodies) assessed on the basis of the reported biological determinand.
Methodology for obtaining data	This value is required. Whenever a reported EQR value is identical to a class boundary, the worse status class will be assigned to the record. (E.g. if the G/M boundary is 0.6, a record with EQR = 0.6 will be assigned Moderate status). In cases of "good or better", where the High/Good boundary is not defined, please set resultEcologicalStatusClassValue = 2, and make the parameterBoundaryValueClasses12 = 1 in the corresponding Classification procedure record. In cases of "moderate or worse", where the Moderate/Poor/Bad boundaries are not defined, please set resultEcologicalStatusClassValue = 3, and make the parameterBoundaryValueClasses34 = 0, and parameterBoundaryValueClasses45 = 0 in the corresponding Classification procedure record.
