Definition	Article 23 – Transmission of information and reporting of the directive (EU) 2024/2881 on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe 1. In accordance with the article 23 of the revised Ambient Air Quality Directive, Member States shall make available the information required under the revised Ambient Air Quality Directive in a single consolidated dataflow, covering air quality monitoring, assessment, and management information. This replaces the previous structure of multiple separate dataflows. 2. Member States shall make the required information available to the Commission, through the EEA, no later than 30 September of each calendar year. Preliminary data shall be made available by 31 December of the reporting year. 3. Delivery of this information will be managed by the EEA via ReportNet 3, ensuring consistency, quality, and accessibility of reported data.
