Definition	Pursuant to Article 7.3 (a) of European Climate Law, a Member State that has received Commission’s recommendations shall, within six months of receipt of the recommendations (i.e. by June 2024), notify the Commission on how it intends to take due account of the recommendations in a spirit of solidarity between Member States and the Union and between Member States.
