Definition	By June 2026, pursuant to Article 11(1)(a) and Article 11(2) of the Water Reuse Regulation (WRR), Member States must set up data sets containing information on the outcome of compliance checks and other information to be made available to the public in accordance with Article 10 of the WRR. These data sets should be updated every six years. However, Article 11(1)(b) of the WRR introduces a provision for annual reporting on cases of noncompliance and measures taken to restore compliance. These data sets have to be set up by June 2024 and Member States must update them annually thereafter. Pursuant to Article 11(2) of the WRR, Member States must ensure that the European Commission, the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control have access to the data sets.
