Definition	Article 7a of the Fuel Quality Directive 98/70/EC imposes requirements on fuel suppliers to reduce the greenhouse gas intensity of energy supplied for road transport. Its Implementing Directive 2015/652/EU specifies in Article 5 and Annex III that Member States have to report the data showing these reductions by using the ReportNet Tools of the EEA.
