Definition	Member States and the European Chemicals Agency shall forward information to the Commission every three years concerning the operation of the procedures provided for in this Regulation, including customs controls, infringements, penalties and remedial action, as appropriate. The Commission shall adopt an implementing act laying down in advance a common format for reporting.
