Definition	EC Water Reporting Obligation Member States shall: -establish the threshold values for groundwater pollutants and indicators of pollution, -assess the groundwater chemical status, -identify significant and sustained upward trends in concentrations of pollutants, groups of pollutants or indicators of pollution, -define the starting points for trend reversals. Member States shall also ensure that the programme of measures under the Water Framework Directive (Article 11 report) includes measures to prevent or limit inputs of pollutants into groundwater.
