Definition	Contracting Parties have agreed to provide all national reports on detected and identified pollution and suspected polluters to the Bonn Agreement for data processing in order to draft the annual overview consisting of:  - Result of all Surveillance Flights, to be sent to the Secretariat to compile the annual report.  - Result of CEPCO Flights, to be sent to the hosting Contracting Party to compile a full report.  - Result of Tour de Horizon Flights, to be sent to the lead country for producing an annual report.
