If there is no attribute name in dbf which is exactly the same or at least starts with string of attribute name specified in XML, the test will return BLOCKER. If there is more than one attribute name in dbf, which is exactly the same as the one in XML, the test will fail with BLOCKER. If there is one, unique attribute name in dbf which starts with string of attribute name specified in XML, but has more characters, the test will return ERROR. If there is more than one attribute name in dbf which starts with string of attribute name specified in XML, but has more characters, the test will fail with BLOCKER.
