| Definition | Article 50(2): This value should be selected if the derogation relates to Article 50(2) which specifies the minimum requirement residence time and temperature of the waste gases from the combustion process. For waste incineration plants, the change of the operating conditions shall not cause more residues or residues with a higher content of organic polluting substances compared to those residues which could be expected under the conditions laid down in Article 50(1), (2) and (3). |
