Scope note
  • ETC has done some work on the proposed methodology for P1Y-peakP6M-P8H-dmax and agreed with EEA, we have decided to simplify the process and calculate, for now, P1Y-maxP6M-P8H-dmax P1Y-maxP6M-P8H-dmax is the maximum P6M-P8H-dmax of the year (using date-end. NOTE: remember that you are storing end date as 01/XX/YYYY instead of end of the period). DC should be calculated base on the number of P6M-P8h-dmax valid in the year and following similar approach for DataCapture, MissingData and TimeCoverage. Example: if for 2020 we have 12 P6M-P8h-dmax with end time within 2020 of which 11 are valid (above 75% DC) then, the DC for P1Y-maxP6M-P8h-dmax will be 11/12 -> 91.67%
